Our Consulting Team

RICHARD SIPPOLA, founder and President of Chautauqua Consulting, has completed over $250 million in transaction value for his clients and has over twenty years of experience in sales, finance, operations and management.  Prior to Chautauqua Consulting, Rick was President of Carnegie Body, North Coast Truck Body and Bond, Sippola, DeJoy & Co.  He began his career at Ernst & Young in Cleveland, Ohio where he worked on the initial public offering for STERIS Corporation.

Rick graduated from Miami University with an Accounting Degree.  He is a Councilman for Kirtland Hills Village and is Vice Chairman of Andrews Osborne Academy.  He previously served on the Board of Directors of the National Truck Equipment Association and on the Vestry at St Hubert’s Episcopal Church.

JEFFREY LAMPSON has over twenty years of experience in finance, operations and management with closely held businesses.  His background includes complex financing structures, turnaround situations, operational improvement, overall financial management and management information systems. Prior to Chautauqua Consulting, Jeff was President, Controller and CFO for Gazette Newspapers and Great Lakes Printing and was a financial consultant to privately held businesses.  He began his career as Corporate Loan Officer for Ameritrust.

Jeff graduated from Bowling Green State University with a degree in Finance and Management Information Systems. He currently serves on the Executive Committee and is Past President of Goodwill in Ashtabula County and is a Board Member of University Hospitals of Geneva.  He previously served on the Boards of Rabbit Run Theater, Madison Country Club and was a member of the New Technology Committee of the Ohio Newspaper Association.
